So what is a Google Review? Essentially, it’s just that. It’s a review that shows up in Google when someone searches for your business. A quick glance at your average star rating gives people an idea of what others think of your business. How your rating stacks up to your competitors can mean the difference between a user clicking on your business or the next one.

Obviously, if people have left good reviews for your business, a positive star rating is what will show. With good reviews and a positive star rating, people will be more likely to use your services or contact your business. Every business wants their customers to leave a shining review, but how exactly do you get them to do it? We’ve put together this simple guide that tells you exactly how to request reviews from your clients when they have had a positive experience with your business.

So here we go – these are 5 simple steps for your customers to follow to easily leave reviews:

  1. Sign in to Google
  2. Google/search (business name)

  5. After writing your review, select post. That’s all!
