Campaign Goals

The goal of this campaign was to elevate J-Prime Steakhouse’s brand presence and engagement across both email and social media platforms.

1. Increase Brand Awareness: Enhance visibility and awareness of J-Prime Steakhouse in the San Antonio and Austin markets, emphasizing its position as a top-tier dining choice.

2. Boost Engagement Rates:  Improve open and click-through rates for email campaigns, and increase likes, shares, comments, and overall engagement on social media platforms.

3. Drive Dining Experience Reservations: Convert digital engagement into reservations at J-Prime Steakhouse locations.

4. Strengthen Customer Loyalty: Foster a deeper connection with existing clients through personalized and compelling content, encouraging repeat visits.

5. Attract New Patrons: Reach potential new customers by showcasing the unique dining experience, superior service, and menu offerings available at J-Prime Steakhouse.

Process + Design

The campaign’s strategy and execution were meticulously crafted by our team, beginning with a data-driven approach that leveraged historical engagement data to shape the content strategy. 

This approach focused on themes and formats that had previously resonated with the target audience, ensuring that every piece of content, from emails highlighting special occasions and menu features to social media posts offering exclusive glimpses into the dining experience, was curated with the audience’s preferences in mind.  A multichannel approach was pivotal, seamlessly integrating email and social media efforts to present a unified brand message that captivated and engaged across all platforms. 

To enhance the campaign’s visual appeal, we conducted two targeted photoshoots at both San Antonio and Austin locations, collaborating with renowned photographer Danny Batista. The focus was on:

  • High-Quality Food and Drink Photography: Capturing the essence of J-Prime’s menu offerings in vivid detail. 
  • Experience Highlight Videos: Creating engaging videos that showcase the dining atmosphere and the superior ingredients behind each dish.
  • Inclusion of Management: Introducing familiar faces from the restaurant’s management team to personalize the customer experience and build a sense of community.
  • Visual Consistency: Maintained a consistent and high-quality visual theme across all materials, reflective of J-Prime’s luxurious and modern brand identity.

Through a strategic blend of data-driven insights, compelling content, and targeted engagement tactics, the campaign aims to not only meet but exceed its goals, reinforcing J-Prime Steakhouse’s position as a premier dining destination in Texas.
