Our strategy involved the creation of two distinct Google Search campaigns: one focused on Balloon Sinuplasty and general ENT services, and the other centered around hearing aid services. Both campaigns were designed to direct leads to a customized tracking phone number and a custom landing page with a callback request form.
The primary goal was to increase the number of patients scheduling appointments with Dr. Leeman’s office. We aimed to achieve this by targeting the right audience, providing valuable information, and offering an easy way for potential patients to get in touch.
The first campaign, General ENT/Balloon Sinuplasty, targeted keywords related to these services and directed leads to a custom tracking phone number to immediately schedule an appointment. Each campaign had a custom landing page for leads who were not yet ready to call but were nonetheless still interested in Dr. Leeman’s services.
In the first three months of the campaign, the General ENT/Balloon Sinuplasty ads resulted in a total of 97 calls, 84 of which were answered, and 75 were first-time calls (new patients). The average duration of these calls was 3 minutes and 39 seconds. The number of phone calls grew from 81 in the first month to 99 by the third, demonstrating continual growth in the first quarter.
The Hearing Aids campaign also found significant success by generating a total of 175 calls, with 105 answered calls and 131 first-time calls (new patients). The average duration of these calls was 1 minute and 46 seconds. The first time call rate saw a steady increase from 72% in the first month to 79% by the third, indicating that the ads were reaching brand new audiences and growing Dr. Leeman’s patient base.
Combined, the campaigns achieved an impressive average cost per lead (CPL) of $18.99, well below the 2023 industry standard of $32.14 for hospitals and clinics. This demonstrates Vuepoint’s effective optimization strategies, which ensured optimal return on our client’s advertising investment.
